Chef Troy Gagliardo will prepare duck dishes during the holiday season for his cooking segment on “Fox News Rising,” which airs 7-9 a.m. Dec. 11 on FOX Charlotte.
The Mooresville resident will show viewers how to make duck sausage roasted cauliflower flatbread, blackened duck alfredo gnocchi and braised duck quesadilla with caramelized onion/roasted tomato.
