MOORESVILLE – More blue recycling containers will soon decorate residential streets in town.

Commissioners approved a $26,600 contract with Schaffer Systems of Charlotte to reorder 549 recycling and garbage cans at their Feb. 4 meeting.

“It’s a good problem to have. We’re running out of recycling cans,” Deputy Town Manager Ryan Rase said.
