Chef Troy Gagliardo is calling his upcoming TV cooking segment “Flavor 101.”

The Mooresville resident will show “FOX News Rising” viewers how to make chicken Monaco, roasted cauliflower and chorizo soup, and blackened green beans.

The show airs 7-9 a.m. Feb. 5 on FOX Charlotte.
